In the spirit of celebrating the wonders of everything Pig, we will be featuring a delectable offering of handmade goodies for your pairing pleasure with a selection of BC wines, teas, ciders and other local gems we have fallen in love with over the past year. As always, the highlight will be the whole suckling pig which will be roasted on a spit on the patio and presented by Executive Chef Rick Choy and his talented team of culinary craftsmen. This event has become a foodie haven, unlike any other in Victoria, and is a fabulous way to spend a sunny afternoon!
