Taste: Victoria's Festival of Food and Wine will uncork Thursday July 21, 2011 with The Main Event – a delicious and generous cuisine and wine tasting. This unique evening offers tastings of over 100 British Columbia wines as well as the most amazing local cuisine presented by some of the best Vancouver Island chefs. ** Purchase on-line until noon Thursday. One ticket price allows you to savour cuisine from Victoria restaurants who walk the talk with locally grown, sustainable products and the quality of tastes is sure to impress.  Chat with distinguished chefs, vintners, cheesemakers, farmers, cidermakers, tea masters and more.  The Crystal Garden on Douglas Street in downtown Victoria will be alive with the funky vibe of Greenlaw and fabulous tastes from our own backyard. 

The Main Event 2011

A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR BEGINNING AT 1:00pm... 

Ticket Price is $79 + tax. This is an all inclusive price and nothing additional will be charged once you're at The Main Event.

On-line ticket purchases can be picked up at the door to Crystal Garden after 1:00pm Thursday before the event.

Plan ahead for a safe ride home. Please DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!
